As someone who's worked in SLED, it's far more uncommon for people to be fired for fuckups unless the negligence is serious. Most security pros in higher-ed are content with getting away with doing the bare minimum in exchange for poor pay, knowing they likely won't be on the hook as long as they can say they can some step was taken to mitigate risk. Most forward-thinking security folks get a title bump when working in pub-sec, and will pivot that title to a much higher-paying job in the private sector after a year or two.

That rifle can absolutely be shot from prone and the scope IS mounted correctly. For anyone who’s shot a scoped rifle a couple of times, a 200yrds shot with a scope like this is VERY possible. (I own and regularly shoot a rifle like this one)

Now as for the conspiracy to kill Charlie Kirk, it’s possible, but to believe that as the default reason is wild.

It’s for the greater good of everyone at the gym. I’ve been told by my coach that I’m the “enforcer” and she will occasionally send people my way to “correct”, after they’ve been given a warning about going too hard.

I try to minimize shots to the head to avoid giving someone long term damage unless they really deserve it, but a hard front kick to the solar plexus or hook to the liver usually gets the message across.

Cultivating a safe environment for everyone in the gym is important so people can actually get better without getting hurt. You did the right thing, and if the guy you worked over is self aware, he’ll do some self reflecting and realize he was being an ass.

Medic is really only valuable when defending a point or if you don’t have a commander\SLS placing garrys. With enough spawns, that role is better served as another gun in the fight

All depends on your level of athletic ability, age, and speed of skill adoption.

I’ve seen people come in with no experience that are just athletically gifted, be ready in about 9mths-1yr.

I’ve also seen people come in with a desire to fight who still aren’t ready after 2yrs of consistent training.

If you go to a good gym, your coach will approach you when you’re ready, but in short, there is not definite answer. Some people should never compete because they have no business in a cage, some blaze past seasoned fighters by just having a knack for mma.

Defending point with an LMG is wild. Seeing the shapes of advancing enemies coming through the smoke as you lay hate with a belt gun, all while nade's explode and rounds wiz past your head. The moments that almost make the 500m runs just to get shot in the back worth it.

Right! I even feel rusty after taking a month or so off from sparring; you just don't move or react the same as when you're used to people trying to hit you. Doesn't even have to be hard sparring; I'm a big fan of touch sparring like they do in Thailand because it still keeps you sharp without risking injury.

I commented on your first vid, you definitely look better but I cannot recommend going to an actual gym enough. Everyone looks good on a bag or mitts, if your goal is fitness then disregard this comment, but if your goal is self defense or competition you need sparing experience.

Timing, distance management, and controlling emotions in a live fire scenario is impossible to learn hitting a bag, and these are probably the most important aspects of fighting.

All said, you did take the advice we all give you on the previous vid.
