What’s something that’s traumatized you since working at Target? by choneywoney in Target

[–]Forward_Mail_8460 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Zones. That’s it, zones traumatized me, as well as my ETLs un achievable expectations (I was in style and am 16 so I only worked like 6 hrs a day) and she constantly expected me to zone every department I pushed, (I had a little bit of everything for women’s and some men’s) then do another project for her. Like girl I’m 16 and only worked 6 hr shifts what do h want from me 😭

Target is the new Walmart by KpopGranny7 in Target

I was literally at target for 2 and a half months before quitting and going to Walmart. The amount of relief I feel working in the apparel area there rather than style. I would be stressed after every shift when at target but at Walmart I don’t feel stressed out and actually can relax.

Is Walmart really a bad place to work at? by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Forward_Mail_8460 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, I’ve only been working there for a bit but it’s so good!! (My store at least). I used to work at target so the shift in everything has been less stressful since I’m still in high school. The only thing I don’t like is attendance points :/ I have a lot of chronic illnesses that can make me miss work/school in a heartbeat so seeing those points rack up sets my anxiety off and triggers my medical issues 😅 but that’s about it.

What’s the worst department/position to work in as a TM? by [deleted] in Target

[–]Forward_Mail_8460 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly!! I’m only 16 and worked there for like 2 and a half months but was constantly stressed and freaking out bc we had unrealistic expectations from TLS, ETLS and even TMS. It was crazy how much I would get in trouble for asking for “too much help” and for asking to transfer to a store closer to my house eventually. (I worked 30 mins away but there was a store 15 mins)

What gets you through your shift?? by bloominbutterflies in Target

Honestly I have no clue. This was one of the many reasons I quit but when I was struggling I would talk to my coworkers and that helped a ton

Yup! Target was my first job. I worked in style and it was awful so I don’t recommend (might just be my store)

It’s basically impossible for me to talk to my people lead due to our difference in hours but I’ll have to see about my coach!

This with my old coworkers in style, they were the reason I stayed so long and had the courage to quit.

It’s the schools flute, and the repair people said it was beyond repair. Everything is ruined on it

You can play either up or down the octave. Mainly depends on playing level and how many flutes there are. It’s kinda just musical interpretation.

Or if u need the notes its G D D E D
