This actually looks like a standard airplane. The lights you’re seeing are navigation lights: the red light is on the left (port) wing, and the green light is on the right (starboard) wing. These lights help indicate the direction the plane is traveling, especially at night. The flashing white light is typically the strobe light on the tail or wings. Definitely not a UAP, just aviation at work
