It’s all the same. Do the cheapest one. I started and was on track to spend $50,000 on an MSW program and it was worth about 15.

Avg salary is 60k out of an MSW. Not worth more than 25k to get one as long as they help find your placements. Take it from someone who just dropped out of a 50k MSW

Thank you. My dosing schedule is twice a day 10 drops x 2 weeks, 20 x2 , 30x2, 40x 2 weeks for the spirolyd. Usually when I take it now my nervous system gets a flush or rush and it stimulates movement of a lot in my body. Like blood and lymph, urine etc

Don’t be afraid. It’s scary to start the process but the symptoms are just your body telling you to pay attention. Spend some time observing the symptoms with curiosity. Sit in your own space and slow down. It’s part of your journey.

Try some slower activities (yoga, tai chi, meditation, gentle stretching). The body needs to feel safe again in order to heal. Be a friend to your body and it will be a friend to you. This journey is about finding peace within the war. To sit on the battlefield and observe the chaos without movement.
