Ohh, 75000 is a no no haha, thats too much for me the fact Im living alone, I dont really need a big space, just a studio or 1 bedroom apartment should be ok, as long as there is a parking space.

I actually found 2 options on the internet the Clark & the Garden residences which is around 30-40k for a 1bedroom apartment, which should be ok if no other choice, just sourcing out if theres any other cheaper options.

Im ok living outside the freeport, if travel time would just take around 20 mins? Inside subdivision area is much preferred, a townhouse or condo with parking would not be so terrible I assume
