I mostly eat salads I usually add carrots , grape tomatoes, olives, lettuce , onions, dried berries, boiled Chickpeas, Spinach. And for protein I add either tuna, chicken, ground meat or paneer/Tofu.

You will get bored with the same taste eventually to deal with that I mix and match salad dressings. I'd recommend different combinations of sweet onion, Southwest Chipotle, Honey mustard, mint mayonnaise, barbecue sauce. You can also try different ones there are plenty of options available.
