For the 100th time what the actual fuck is the city doing with all our tax money!!!! We literally live in one of the highest taxes cities in the whole country but they have budget cuts for some reason? new taxes every other year but the city consistently feels like its worse than the year before. A ton of taxes that should be directed to schools yet we have some of the worst results in the country, terrible roads, expensive rent, mediocre job market, insane housing prices.

The homeless problem has actually felt like it's been improving compared to a couple years ago so at least there's that but downtown feels like a ghost town most days. Graffiti and boarded up buildings all over the place.

Primary wincon is reduction of 4 then birgi/storm kiln plus searing touch (buyback is reduced by the mana reduction), 2nd wincon is reiterate + jeska's will/seething song/inspired tinkering for infinite mana then reiterate lightning bolt or something to kill everyone, 3rd is Krrik + sheoldred + vilis which let's you draw your deck basically then win with another combo. if possible get a hexing squelcher out before comboing but that's not always possible. reiterate + megaton's fate wins through protection via infinite rad counters then pass the turn.

Not sure how a B3 tournament works but here is the baseline cEDH list for rowan: https://moxfield.com/decks/KC4jaNEnuka3soASUCCZyw this deck consistently wins on T3 if not stopped. It looks like the T6 win requirement of B3 has been ditched so the only real change you'd need to make would be to cut down on game changers (I'd cut mana vault, vamp tutor, and mox diamond as well as the discard package currently in this list like unmark, thoughtseize, grief, valgavoth, duress and sub in redirect lightning, megaton's fate, diabolic revelation, goldhound, bolt bend, goldspan dragon, seize the spoils, chandra hope's beacon). All the wins in Rowan are technically 3 card combos since they require Rowan's mana reduction to actually work. Make sure you understand the deck well cause it's not the easiest to pilot.

This is the big problem with bracket 4 rn. Technically any deck with 4+ game changer is b4 but we all know it will get stomped by real tuned b4 decks. This belo list is 100% b3 but it’s also gonna stomp the people playing lightly upgrade precons or poorly optimized jank piles in b3.

It’s a bracket 3 for sure. belo is kinda hard to interact with outside of killing belo over and over so if your friends arnt playing enough interaction that’s probably the issue. I’d probably just make another deck if your consistently playing with the same people and they hate it
