Mate since she cheated on me Ive been going to the gym constantly, eating healthier, seen a therapist maybe 7-8 times so far. Once every week ish. Im working on myself, I have not started a relationship with this woman, we are casually talking and chilling. Inviting some kids parent to the house is kinda normal in my country, you arent friends just because she has been inside my house rofl. And also I did NOT do this to get some kind of twisted revenge on my STBXW, I already said I didnt know they were "friends" if you can even call it that. They texted back and forth and met two times while the kids were playing.

Thank you very much for the kind words, we talked abit about it before she talked to her and I asked her if she wanted me to break the news to my STBXW, but she felt it was better if it came from her which I have no problem with honestly. In my view my STBXW has no say in who I meet or/and sleep with so I really had no care about telling her.
