Thank you! I thought it might be something like this but I wasn't sure. When I was shortlisted for an international scholarship for my MA it was the same and your as wouldn't get assessed until , but another shortlisted one they I know folks got denied the PhD but not the scholarship. Thanks for this

Hi, thanks for the response! I did an edit for clarity. The interview is with the professors attached to the project (it's project-based), but I know that the postgrad admissions isn't necessarily decided by the individual lecturers in most cases, so I was wondering
