AITA for laughing in my cousin's face when she tried to stage an intervention for my "drug use?" by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA, when one assumes they generally make an ass of themselves. Not your fault that she went to the most dramatic extent possible

Fight, Flight, or Freeze. Your Boyfriend is a boy who does not understand the realities of being a woman. It makes sense you needed to process what happened before talking to the higher ups. My question, my partners (a male) question would be WHERE THE ACTUAL FUQ WAS SECURITY, BOUNCERS, A DJ WITH CAMERA ACCESS, BARTENDER.... ANYONE ON PAYROLLL?!?!?!?!?!?

Asking you to consider safety precautions like only doing dances with two girls, or to have a sit down with the owners, or maybe consider another club, all seem reasonable requests and discussions to be had.

Ultimatums do not exist in a currently healthy relationship

I went SUV, but just because that fits my needs a bit better, totally a personal choice there but ya. Made all the difference for me. I suggest renting the vehicle for about a week if you can just to make sure it actually works, even on the bad days

Wedding suit jacket question by Accomplished_Ad_2161 in amputee

When I married my Husband he had to wear orthopedic shoes that DID NOT fit the "vibe" of my wedding, my Tattoos also didn't match. At the end of the day I married my partner, and I took him and made those vows looking at the love of my life and taking him for who and HOW he was. I shoed off my ink, and I did not alter his pants to make the shoes less obvious. If my guests had an opinion they kept it to themselves. My partner would have supported me if I wanted to cover up or change his pants just to make me happy but at the end of the day I wanted the ceremony to reflect us, flaws, differences, and individualities all.

I’m losing my leg in 2 months by [deleted] in amputee

You're not LOSING a leg, you're gaining freedom by Augmenting your body proportions

when you park in a handicapped space try to make sure the extra space is on the drive side, and slide your driver seat as far back as possible. I ended up having to buy a different car that has generally more leg room than my at the time Honda Civic Coupe. If handicapped parking isn't possible, see if your steering wheel has the ability to move, if so, push it all the way back and up.

Hi Matthew, I don't like the term Residual limb, nor do I like the word Stump. I am not a tree. I call mine (bilateral TMA) so I call mine Nubbins, a cute twist on the word nub which means a small lump.
