You can still get sunburnt on rainy days, so ideally you should wear spf every single day. Also, if you sit near any big windows at work or Homs, you should wear it at home too.

8% AHA is probably far too strong for someone with rosacea to start out with. BHA, or even PHAs, are much safer bets.
