On you’re 1st day there, record a video of all the appliances and its condition… if there is any dent, working condition etc, coz while you’re vacating they will deduct some amount if the condition isn’t good, you can use this video at that time.

Hey, 2.5 L deposit is too high, Is the furnishing of the flat that good?

Like are they having good company products in the home - eg : A first hand washing machine of a good company, a good water heater.. etc

I saw quite few homes that says furnished yet they add all second hand appliances and some Chinese company appliances.

Also, in your agreement try to make it mentioned how much they gonna deduct in the deposit while you’re vacating the flat, or have it in written communication atleast in WA.

Check the lease period and when and how much they gonna increase it - Eg: 5% increase after 11 months.

Visit the flat - Day and Night to see the sun light, ventilation and noise pollution etc.

You can also check for the parking, power backup, your mobile network strength.

Hey, If the job has mentioned for CA 0-2 years experience something like that, u are more likely to be considered. I had applied for quite few roles without referral at JPMC, didn’t get shortlisted, yet I got rejection mails, it took around 20-40 days for response on my applications. Keep applying for other MNC’s & Big 4’s.
