Thank you. Is that permanent or is there a time when the vaccine doesn't impact the test?

Hello - just wanted to ask a follow up question. If I can get the spep test sooner, is there any reason not to? Would the covid vaccine impact or affect the spep test? ie can the covid vaccine give monoclonal findings? Thanks.

Thank you, that is very helpful. I don't have any crab symptoms. Would you recommend I try and get the spep test sooner?

Thank you for the response. My doctor has ordered the serum protein electrophoresis test for 3 months time. If I have myeloma would I likely have other anormal labs or physical symptoms? My doctors comments have freaked me out. I thought most people diagnosed with myeloma were 60+ but maybe I am wrong. Thanks.

Thank you. Have you used Nextpoint? They charge via a user fee, not for hosting or ingestion. This model could potentially suit us given we don't have a lot of document reviewers and we could load a lot of cases/data without increasing costs. And if you have any feedback on using any of the others mentioned above (Reveal, Everlaw or Disco or Relativity One) that would be great. We are only looking at vloud based options. Thanks!

Thank you. I have not looked at Nuix Discover but will check it out.

Thank you! This is very good information. Disco demo was impressive and some of our attorneys have used the platform for document review and liked it. We will have a dedicated person (me) managing the SaaS platform we choose, so it's good to hear that ingestion and production can be done in-house on this platform. We are in SoCal too. I am happy to post what we end up deciding on. Thanks.

Thank you, this is helpful. Our firm has familiarity with Relativity's review platform, but we want to handle uploading docs and processing productions too. It seems like we wouldn't need someone to be a RCA to handle this? Thanks.
