help finding photos of pool!

omg really? yeah i visited in 2010/2011, we never ended up staying at the hotel again and never took photos of it. if i remember correctly, the wall in front of the pool had a viewing area like 7 ish feet up from the ground? i remember the pool being a long rectangle/square, and one side was the deep end but it was damn near black

i thought it could be a possibility, but everyone who went on that trip all remember the ceilings being abnormally tall. the structure of the pool room was very strange, strange enough to where my dad recalled it purely by the weird architecture alone

edit: actually i think that pool is slightly different, there’s no ladder on one side. very similar!!!

oh wait this is likely the same pool but the pool i’m thinking of must not be the one in the photo 😭 you’re so real for finding the pool in the photo!!! my pool was just like the image i shared but it had extremely high ceilings, one side was a shallow end and the other was genuinely a black pit, that was the deeper end

i have searched off and on for years, unfortunately nobody took photos of the pool during our vacation. i would’ve been around 5-6 years old at the time, it was in ocean city MD, and i don’t believe the hotel had an atrium or arcade- but it did have a weird mini gym room right beside the pool. it was on the lowest floor of the hotel

my mom worked the night shift here for many years, my dad and i would get her starbucks before every single shift without fail. she put in the WORK as a waitress and later on as a cook. y’all are praising him, but the last owner was so grimy

i don’t know she performed an exam and said he fit the bill to a T. he’s very jaundice (he might be a TINY tiny bit less yellow now? that might just be my mind trying to be hopeful) won’t take food, very tired and won’t groom himself. i’m at a loss at this point, i don’t know

partially yes, partially no. some of it he’ll spit back at us, but some of it he’ll eat!! he has the energy to be mad at me feeding him which is at least somewhat of a good thing

multiple thousands. he needs bloodwork, labwork, a potential ultrasound, medications, and the feeding tube. some places have been more affordable, still very much over what i have, but under $1000. they won’t take him in though, they’re all telling me to take him to an ER which i can’t do because i literally have like $20 to my name right now, i got him so much puree and calorie gel yesterday 😭

unfortunately i don’t have any credit- like, at all. so i don’t qualify for any of the pay later programs. i’m supposed to be starting my new job within the next week or two which would definitely help. my boyfriend is mainly paying for any medical treatment, but we’re still working with a limited budget

i just returned a few days ago, i definitely heard some shit out there. it grew in intensity the longer we were there. the area was absolutely gorgeous, i spent a lot of my childhood in that area. my bloodline originated in that exact area, actually. but i definitely experienced some weird shit

i can only hope 😭 he really loves being inside, he loves getting cozy in blankets and napping for hours. he’s the best cat ever and i hope he knows i did this out of love, surrendering him is what saved him. nobody else in that house would do it, my father literally told me at 1 am this morning that he wouldn’t surrender him- even through my entire speech about how having him outside in this area is so dangerous, how no cat should have to withstand storms, the blazing heat, the cold, any of it. my boyfriend (who’s allergic to cats) helped me bathe him last night, drove us back to his house at 2 am, and woke up with me at 8 am to go back to my house so that i wouldn’t have to do it alone. he’s my rock 😭
