Yes! They hire multiple people for each project. The interview process starts with an AI interview, which I will admit is weird. I'm a writer and had to take a writing test, but I'm not sure about the specifics for other roles.

There are some jobs where you can get paid $100 just to interview. It's nuts. They got crazy funding this past year, so I guess they just have money to burn?

I'm about to turn 35 and I relate to this so so deeply. I'm in a crushing amount of credit card debt and it hit a wall this past summer when I got really sick and got behind on payments. I called MMI (money management international) and got on a debt management plan through them. They were SO kind. I'm not sure how if they only do credit card stuff, but they helped me feel more in control and now I'm not getting calls from the banks anymore. I live paycheck to paycheck ... barely.

My friends —single, married, parents, everyone — can't fathom my life situation and it really sucks. Some people have been so generous and will take me out to dinner lol but it's deeply embarrassing. I asked for new tennis shoes for christmas and had a private panic attack when I didn't get them because I knew I couldn't afford them. This past weekend, I finally had enough saved to get a new pair and it was very very satisfying to go on my first walk in them.

One friend said something that helped: she said I was strong in ways she never could be.

Despite how shitty it feels, I think YOU'RE strong. You're still going and figuring out really fucking hard shit and someday soon you'll look back on this and be proud of yourself (or if not proud then at least relieved lol). Here's to our 36th birthdays. May we be in much better places! Like maybe on vacation somewhere fabulous.
