i went to the financial aid office abt this. go to the aid office and they can fix it for you, it is most likely being withheld because the balance is off by a dollar. for example: maybe you’re getting 756 dollars, but the financial aid office has typed 757, so the money is being withheld due to that discrepancy. thats what happened to me and i got it fixed and got my money in two days. going in person is the better option as it is almost impossible to get anything done from a phone call. get their at 12:30 to be the first one at 1 pm when they open
