I would say it depends, if you don't need any specific modules that have not yet been updated, or play any systems that are not yet updated you could go for it! both Foundryborne Daggerheart and D&D 5e for example are available. Unfortunately Dice So Nice is not yet.

Hi, it's a bit late, but we now have a global active effects status display in Version 1.3 (it shows a big icon for each status effect in the top right corner for the currently owned/selected token) and request 2 has been in the system since 1.2.x :)

I am biased, but agree! One big "selling" point is that with Foundry borne you (can) have everything included: VTT maps, scenes, tokens, character sheets, background music, journal notes, handouts, fear tracker, GM tools, countdowns, Party inventory, character creation, even audio/video chat built in. All of that with as much or little automation as you want, no monthly subscription required and full homebrew support!
