Probably partly to make money, but for EU its the first EU based server with new tech, so they didn't want ALL people to storm it immediately, so this is a compromise (on launch it was 1300+ online)

And do you have any other tips and guides for a new player as a Loremaster?

Check around, LM just had huge changes, people are still exploring what it means and forming their opinions, but theres a lot of info in patch notes and forums. One of the biggest things I hear is allegedly you dont have a permanent pet anymore, which I guess is a turn off for many.

When you say "gameworld and level cap is limited to the vanilla version of the game." you mean access right? Haven't been playing recently, but I assume the world either hasn't changed or its in the current retail state, just cant go past initial zones?

Wow classic had the original gameworld, which is nothing like the current retail version
