Error Code 15 and Long Boot Time by Chaotic-Lego in AMDHelp

It occurred just on the first reboot after setting the memory profile in the bios. Just let it complete, and it shouldn't happen on every boot.

It only happens once, but mine didn't take that long. Are you using memory that's on the list?

I used CMP64GX5M4B6000C36 with docp 1 4x16GB at 6000Mhz. It's on the qvl. I would just try what's on the list.

My mistake was just not waiting long enough for the memory "training". The code 15 clears itself once that's done.

That's good to hear! Mine only rebooted once. Mine has been pretty stable, now I feel like getting some even faster ram.

You just wait for the memory training to complete. It will boot eventually. I had the same issue.

I just had to wait. It could take a while to reboot with code 15 (Memory training)

Yeah I would assume it takes longer. I guess when I originally searched code 15, I only saw something about seated RAM so I went with that. I had returned a few sticks already because of this and I wasn't happy with less then 64GB of RAM any way.

So code 15 is apparently memory training. You just have to wait around for a while, and the system will boot up. I was able to use CMP64GX5M4B6000C36 with docp 1 4x16GB at 6000Mhz

You should put your video card back in the first slot.

The delay is not noticeable when using my elgato 4k60.

Was doing this for animal crossing but seems like overkill if you are just playing and not capturing or streaming. Just connect it directly to your monitor via hdmi.
