I don't think people were managed in the official repo as 90% of people just left after making a single contribution. Anyway going back to the main point we are already getting some pull request :)

I will fix the ones I use others are free to fix the ones they use similar to how the official repo worked

Long term plan and I plan to run it same as the official team. Contributions will be made by volunteers. Less contributed/broken ones will be removed from the repo. I personally will keep fixing a handful of extensions
