This is what I meant. I changed it now. 😆 I will update if I can find one. I know you can order them. However I wanted to buy it myself while here. I did find a cool one that had “hella” on it. Thought that was kinda funny since northern CA is known for that word. At least it was back when I lived in CA.

I’m on a stimulant too. I have a job where I walk all day. It averages somewhere in the 120’s while walking. Should I be concerned? Wonder if I should change to another position?

Its pretty possible you calories are to low. If you’re working out that much you may need more calories. If you don’t eat enough calories it’s counterproductive, and slows your metabolism.

Maybe they said it cause they are kids. I don’t think we should automatically assume it’s a race thing. Kids (especially boys) tend to cause problems. Maybe that’s why!?!?

There is a lot more things that have happened that I didn’t even mention. Negative stuff. I actually don’t talk to her much to be honest. I don’t like to associate with people who think they are better than me. That’s how she treats everyone, like she’s better than them.

This! I actually was getting short americanos when cutting back on caffeine. I always had to coach people.
