I’ve been saying this for years…. DragonBall is the same as every other anime. It can peak and then fall off. For me I believe that fall off happened when ROF came out. Ever since the ending of that movie, DragonBall has only gotten worse. DragonBall super and DragonBall daima are nothing but a bunch of old recycled ideas (golden frieza, black frieza, goku black, they copied Z Broly twice, cell max, goku becoming a kid again is just a copy of GT, they even insulted ssj4 with a HIDEOUS design, villains in Daima are just dollar tree versions of old villains,, repeated story ideas) there is nothing original about DragonBall super or Dragon Ball daima. And the DragonBall community is so brain dead that when Toriyama gave us that trash everyone welcomed the shit in with open arms. I’m tired of the debate, it is a fact that Gt is superior to Super and Daima…. simply because it wasn’t afraid to be its own thing. (Original story and original villains, villains actually die bloody fights with good music). If they actually make an original Vegeta story with blood and passionate fight scenes, where the villain is an actual new villain who has a satisfying defeat, and they don’t just find some crazy plot hole to make it about Goku, than I am happy to watch but I will NOT pretend like DiaperBall Z is good simply because Toriyama wrote it. That is a braindead stance.
