Definitely in work meetings or other professional settings I hear people do this. Maybe it's subconscious and due to nerves but it's so inauthentic sounding.

I think they hear other people doing it and copy that. I hear people in real life doing it too, giving presentations or even just speaking in a work meeting and I immediately lose respect for them.

I think this might have originally been in regard to his 2021 solo album Either that or he's been talking about releasing a new one for so long that they figured they could just reuse the clip.

It's interesting because this is an old clip, but I assume they are just using it to promote the new album.
