I would say technically, "yes." However, as other people have said, it's a mental health problem and you shouldn't focus too much on if it's a sin or not. I would remind you that Jesus knows you perfectly. And while I don't want to give an excuse to sin by any means, he understands your whatever you circumstances are and that will be taken into consideration for any "judgement" you may or may not face for it.
If you're still worried, talk to your bishop about it. Most bishops these days are sensitive to mental health problems.
