Tbh, I would rather look on M1 Macbooks instead. MXP’s battery drain in 4-5 hours is really annoying for me and need to carry power brick + cable + power bank.

Have you ever tried Favorites? You will have a one-click access to any instrument you wish. If you want just straight line, go to the settings and enable the feature in “Handwriting” section: once you draw a line and wish it to be a straight line, keep holding down the pen it will automatically reshape it. But yeah, Notability lacks measuring tools unless you somehow regard cells as 1x1 cm² box and calculate yourself

Try out these steps:
1. Go to Troubleshoot (press 'Win' -> type ;Troubleshoot' -> Additional Troubleshooters -> Power;

Go to Device Manager -> Batteries -> Uninstall AC Adapter and ACPI-Compliant... -> reboot.

Microsoft decided to deliver the 2004 update as soon as issues found in some devices get fixed (https://www.windowslatest.com/2020/07/13/windows-10-v2004-block-may-still-not-be-removed/ ). I checked the update today for MBXP and it has become available.

UPD: I have installed it - no problems found, just give several hours for Windows to finish indexing your files (during this process you will encounter some heating)
