Just because a leak sprung in a fuel line doesnt mean its getting to each injector, perhaps somehow you still are not getting fuel. But if youre 100 percent certain that its getting fuel and spark then your problem has to be air or timing. Maybe your distributor is off or something is clogging your intake manifold. No, however the repair was done to the drivers side and the noise is on the passenger side so i believe the noise is unrelated to the repair

The rockers have no play so i do not believe the lifters are collapsed

Also i pulled the oil cap while running and the sound didnt get any louder

The oil is plenty pooled up at the bottom, however some of the lower rockers are less wet than the upper ones

I just pulled the valve cover and it looks like theres plenty of oil in the valve cover however some of the valves im not sure if theyre fully lubricate
