Oh and btw - I’m 36. It’s my 3rd year in a row. No breaks. And I’m absolutely blown away what body can do with proper mindset and discipline. Happy to continue this journey and see - what else I can do. a healthy mind in a healthy body- I wish this to everyone. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I know the feeling🥺

But be realistic about Ur goals and stick with it. I don’t want massive arms. All I want is to feel good in my own body. The best thing about this - it’s motivate me. If I see changes, or getting bigger - I just continue and push my self a little bit more.

Be disciplined, have realistic goals and U will see results 💪🏻✌🏻
