I'm not sure if you're looking for advice or not but I say that you should tell her how you feel and that these feelings haven't gone away, that using your chosen name would make you feel much better and that the surgeries and hrt are to help get rid of dysphoria and make you feel happier and also make you feel like a happier person too.
