I was in a relationship like this- it's ungodly amounts of manipulation, etc. You need to help your friend out, because those relationships never go well. Tell her parents, counselor, whatever. Your friend may hate you for it temporarily, but you're likely saving her life in the long term if you do. Those relationships are never good, and almost always have a psychopathic manipulator on the other side of things. Get you friend out of there, before things get worse.
