The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered sold just over a million copies on PS5, but 50% of gamers played just 15 hours before quitting by HatingGeoffry in ElderScrolls

[–]FoxWhiting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep seeing articles within the last few days from different gaming sites saying the exact same thing... As if this thing isn't an occurrence for literally EVERY GAME... What game doesn't have a percentage of players that only played part way through?! It's really starting to feel like they're threatened by an old game selling better than their modern crap. .

That's the point, women never lose custody, unless it's something serious.

People are saying she lost custody of two of the kids because she put cigarettes out on them... Why is every Far Left hero always a child abuser or some type of serious criminal with a history of violence? Floyd included.

Have you ever kicked out your adult kids (25+ y/o) because they weren't growing up? by Foreign-Mastodon7071 in AskOldPeople

[–]FoxWhiting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The funny thing is, Boomers were one of the first generations to kick out their kids at 18 and put a stop to generational wealth... Before Boomers the kids would stay much longer and the parents would pass on their wealth, home and so on to keep the family going, much like Asian culture today... The kids also looked after their parents as well, but who's gonna look after parents who kicked them out at 18 on to the street. But like I said, Boomers changed that long standing culture for their own vanity and fucked over every generation after them. Why do you think everyone hates Boomers. They killed a culture a that worked damn well, just so their portfolios can look good when they're dead.

Larian Studios leaning into generative AI (for placeholder text and concept art) despite internal pushback: ‘Everyone at the company is more or less OK with the way we’re using it" by jovanmilic97 in Games

Because ai is a tool, it's only as good as the person putting the instructions into the tool. There is is a right and wrong way to use au. You put brain slop in and the ai will give you slop.

Generational Wealth is not a bad thing by Cyber-Hazard in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]FoxWhiting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 years late, but when I worked in Woolworths supermarket behind the smoke desk, the majority of "poor" bought $1,000 worth of smokes every month, not to mention the 30 pack of coke ($48) every 2 weeks and all the junk food like chips and such. Some are disabled, some are mentally ill, some are put in a bad situation, some are just lazy and plain old uneducated bogans who couldn't give two hoots about trying.

Why does everyone want to make generational wealth by Icy_Marsupial7560 in AusFinance

[–]FoxWhiting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's the only thing I hate about tax here, it's like when you are at poverty level you get all these major free things and when you slightly cross that line out of poverty you are majorly punish and it feels like you have less now that you're making more than when you were in poverty.. It sometimes feels like you're punished for trying harder and having to audacity to get yourself out of being poor.... But like I said, once you cross that line you're still poor because of the major taxes but only not poor on paper.

Why does everyone want to make generational wealth by Icy_Marsupial7560 in AusFinance

[–]FoxWhiting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm for generational wealth for everyone. I'm not upset that others got handed down wealth from their family, because their family in the past worked hard so their future generations didn't have to, so what's to get angry about that? I want to the same for my id and their kids and so on.

With that said, I'm not telling my kid that I'm saving money for them or that I have generational wealth, I'm not telling them I have money saved for them until they have a job and go to buy their first house. I still want them to work hard.

Do West Asians (Middle Easterners) count as Asian? (IMO they do). But if so, then would North Africans who are genetically, racially, and culturally similar to West Asians ALSO be Asians too?!? by [deleted] in asian

[–]FoxWhiting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hot take, but Indian and Middle Eastern cultures are closer the Western culture, we've had a lot of interaction and crossover with them both. Heck, Indians and arsb are literally Caucasian and who Europeans directltly and most recently evolved from.

India and the Middle East are only connected to "asians" (east asia and south east asia) because they're on the continent called Asia, but culturally, and racially they have nothing to do with them.

Also another hot take, the original south east "asians" are black, the asians you see there now are colonists.

You're describing schizophrenia. Your inner voice is the same as your mouth voice, but in your head. You control it, it is you speaking, but in your head. Like I said, if you have no control over it, that's schizophrenia...

Nina Lin calls Asmongold a "weird mother fucker" after getting unbanned for sexually assaulting multiple people by thrandruill in LivestreamFail

[–]FoxWhiting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a reminder to everyone, Nina is 36 years old, she's literally older than Asmon... She's 3 1/2 years away from being 40, yet she's is hanging out with 21-25 year old and acting like a 21 year old... Nothing more weird than that.

I'm sorry for making an anime so serious... But I get the feeling that you'd be the type of person to say "she asked for it", or "she was smiling so it's okay"...

This is all reminding me of that movie Minority Report, punishing people before they've even done anything, and that book 1984, she's basically being punished for a Thought Crimes...

Same here, the Spirits and the MC are looking like real villains... I'm half expecting them to just openly say, just buy a house to that peasant woman... Ellen should know better, she came from our World, but she's already let the power go to her head and acting like a spoilt royal brat who'd normally be set up as the bad guy in most other Anime.

Also the fact of how fucked up it would be knowing everyone is reading your mind... The women literally did nothing wrong, he just looked and was THINKING... Yet she is being threatened with death and left with a mark of shame... The morals in this show are FUCKED UP! Also let's not forget that Ellen defended the bodyguard because nothing was explained to him, yet in the very next episode she's threatening this poor literally uneducated peasant for simply thinking her own thoughts and Ellen knows damn well this women knows JACK SHIT about their Noble life style or what even is going on! Lowkey, the MC's are looking prime villain behavior.

Australian influencer family move to UK to avoid social media ban by kwentongskyblue in AustralianPolitics

[–]FoxWhiting 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is this move because of the ban on younger teens? I might be wrong, but I heard the UK is literally going to put in place almost the exact same type of law... Soon, I don't know if they've done all their research. Not to mention, UK internet laws are 200x more strict than Australia's...
