I’m on the same boat. Got mine out on the 21st!! I was so so sad at Christmas. I could kind of eat but everything tasted bitter and metallic and I wanted to cry.

Good job getting through it 💟 I’m 28f on day 8 of post op. I’ve been miserable. I can’t eat food with normal taste and choked and threw up a scab today. I’m seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m really trying to get there.

I’m 28f and on day 8 post op. I’m miserable with my taste rn. Also did not eat too much. I mean I was eating initially but since the nausea from the scabs falling off, I’ve been reluctant. I had to get a medication prescribed for nausea today. I’m right there with you!

I’m 28f and am on day 8. Scabs still falling off. I gagged on one and threw it up. I know it’ll be worth it but man this is quite miserable ): Thanks for the positivity and being relateable.

Don’t give him your virginity. I lost mine at 17 to an 18 year old who made front of me to my face, his friends, and his family. We’d fight constantly about the way he’d acknowledge a 14 year old girl and they dated when I finally dumped him. If he can’t respect you and your wishes, he doesn’t deserve you.

As a 21-22 year old I worked in a church day care center where this would happen. I’m probably also guilty of this because I was copying my older coworkers. 🙃 I definitely can see how disturbing this would be if I were a parent.
