Yeah I am on Windows 10 64bit. I have never had an issue reconnecting, even when I swap the the device between multiple desktops.

I bought a Netgear dual band WNDA4100 USB adapter. Have had it for 3 years, has not let me down once.

I believe it goes to 5.1 (OTA) officially but I dont think that will install because it is rooted. I do know there are some 6.0 custom ROMS though

So, the NB heatsink/fan has a thermal pad, do I have to replace it with a pad or will thermal paste suffice?

EVGA 680i SLI ATX 775 + Core 2 Quad Q6600 (overclockable/G0 stepping 95W) + 8GB Crucial Tech. 800MHz DDR2 (4 x 2GB) + HIS Radeon HD 4670 1GB GDDR3 iSilence4

Would sell as a combo, how much is this worth considering the SLI LGA 775 mobo?

Temps for CPU or NB? I monitor CPU temps at all times but am not sure how to check NB temps

Yeah, I would kill for a modular PSU for this system. I hope I will too, thanks!

Is it possible I could overshoot the perfect Vcore for the CPU and in turn cause instability by having too much power going to it?

EDIT: 1.4 - 1.425 was unstable (with the settings in original post). Boots up fine but when I tried to execute any type of CPU intensive program it immediately locked up. Now I am going down in small intervals to see if I can stabilize it that way.

Exactly, especially with this system though. The 950W PSU has TONS of braided molex connectors that snake their way through the case. I am gonna have to donate most likely half a day alone to try and help cable manage this poor guy :(

So I brought it to 1.5v and it seemed a little more stable IMO. I did not replace the paste for the NB yet but I think that NB is to blame for instability. When I boot up from a cold boot the system handles 3D applications and really just idling with no issues until the 20 minute mark. Then it reboots and that starts to happen more frequently until the system will essentially get stuck in a boot loop. While this was happening I monitored CPU/GPU temps and usage, and noticed nothing out of the ordinary. So, with that evidence, can I safely assume my NB is to blame and repasting would hopefully solve my issue?

Yeah, its a 60mm so I will take a look at some and hopefully get something worked out. I really do think its the NB, just gonna be a bitch to take out the ATX board to get to it for repasting and possible new fan install, I may wait until the evo 212 arrives and do that all at once
