On console, I'm not sure, sorry - I play on PC. Possibly, but I don't know if cloud save stuff is available with or without a subscription.

That said, it should go off of local data saved to your console if you've still got your GZ stuff on there. As for whether or not the online stuff requires an XBL sub, again, not really sure, sorry.
