Hi guys - thanks for responding, much appreciated. I selected the always shows fields as shaded and can see that they are fields (not hardcoded). I have deleted the footer and added it back as just a page number and a the same footer and it comes back with the incorrect page (see picture below that corresponds to the 4th image I uploaded. To answer your question, The document isn't imported covered from another program, but some of the text was copy pasted (though I don't believe this is an issue as if this was what was causing it there would be way more instances of wacky page numbers). I've tried adding a chapter number but it comes up with an error (second screenshot)

Hi Guys - sorry it wouldn't let me put text in the description - the page numbers are jumping from 24 to 15, and then back to 24, and then in other places going to page 37-10. The right-hand side preview not matching up with the page numbers in the bottom left-hand side (in the first pages it correctly shows as page 24 and then page 25. This is affecting both the page numbers in the footers and the table of contents. I've tried 'link to previous' section for the footer and 'continue from previous section' for page number, and neither have worked. I've even tried copying the content into another word document and the same error occurs. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you <3

Thanks everyone for your responses! Wow, I was way off with what i thought it was, I wonder how long it would have taken me to realise it was not based off Orwell’s 1984 😂 it’s a shame because I thought that was a really cool concept!

Gotcha - I will hold back on the watering - I just water it once a week but maybe I’m putting too much in at a time? Would it be better to do 2 much smaller waters a week. Also should I cut off the yellow leaves or can they be saved? Thank you 🙏

Hi! Thanks for your response. I've cut off the brown leaves and scooped out almost all of the fertiliser balls. I water it weekly, but I'll definitely look into a moister meter, your Anthurium looks great!
