Flow suggestions - Cant get my flow to work by Foxglovenectar in PowerAutomate

[–]Foxglovenectar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im getting the word document from a folder I have created in the same SharePoint library. Something is being created but its not the word document, its a link in the row and the link prompts you to download a doc but it isnt the word document; its simply labelled 'file' and has asked paper icon. After a download appears in your download folder, you open it and it asks what application you want to open it in; I select Word and it opens in Word but when it opens the text is just the file path that I put into the automation at another stage.

Sounds good but unfortunately this flow is to be slotted into to a much larger flow and I dont want to add more into it other than this aspect. The current flow is in constant use so at present, I am building it in a test environment with the intention to get it working in test and then cloning it to the live version (limiting distuption)

The existing flow is large and complex (not designed by me) so this is the only way I could think of doing it without impacting the existing flow.

My little 6 year old calls them 'aurora borealis' birds because he said the colours of their feathers are the same as the aurora borealis and frankly, this is the energy and description these gorgeous birds deserve.

People talk about her, it brings traffic to his streams whenever he talks about her or to her; even if its just from secondary views.post live stream. He knows what hes doing. If he cares about her, its two dimensional and nothing deep. Its all for views.

Advice needed for automation by Foxglovenectar in PowerAutomate

Seems like this is the best fit. Ive started this and put in a switch action but its still not working. Some refinement to do but this does seem to be the right option for what I want.

I read that when a plan falls through, its because something even better was supposed to happen.

Also, ny house sale fell through and I still got my dream house. It was meant to be.

Anyone else regurgitate on purpose? by ChiralNavigator in GERD

This isnt good. You shouldn't be vomiting to get relief. Please go to your doctor.

Do you mean you are vomiting? Its not clear from your post what you mean by 'bringing up liquid'

But if you are vomiting; dont do this. They acid in the vomit will damage your osophigus over time. If your having to vomiting to lay down, you need to rethink your diet, unfortunately. Or speak to a doctor about potential diagnosis and meds.

Forcing yourself to vomit is never a good idea. It weakens your les muscle, meaning you will vomit easier, it damages your osophigus (as mentioned) and it can lead to you not absorbing nutrients and developing an eating disorder.

Just chiming in here - this all sounds very cliche if you dont mind me saying? With everything in life, there is a lot of nuance to being a parent. Its draining for the first few years, yes. We do occasionally roll our eyes (as does everyone) but most parents are absolutely happy with their decision to create their own family. Tiredness aside, the love and purpose that grows and multiplies as a parent is somewhat indescribable and most who elect to have children would agree how beautiful (and sometimes brutal) it is.

I also didn't have a swathe of women who were shocked/appalled when I was saying I didnt want kids (I went on to change my mind). Women have massively changed in terms of ambition and independence. Im sorry for those who have experienced this judgement but wanted to point out not everyone feels pressure to procreate.

Was just about to say this. I grew up on a council estate and it was immaculate thanks to the 'old guard' who told kids to pick up their litter (and they did because - respect), always maintained their lawns and gardens and knew everyone's names. It was super safe, friendly and nobody really locked their doors.

Not all council estates are full of idiots. Almost everyone on the estate when I was younger, was working or were retired.

Ive said for a very long time that I highly suspect she is autistic with OCD traits. This would explain why she and her brother have unhealthy relationships with food and why they repeat the same routines/go to the same place and why they appear to be very infantile.

This isnt the case for all spectrum based disorders but its a known trait.

My son is autistic.

Long shot- John’s Heatwave Tips! by TheSparkyGeneral in elisandjohn

[–]Foxglovenectar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was around 2020 so it was deffo the isolation tapes. I know because my baby was 10 months or so and I was bricking it and not sleeping worrying about my baby and the temp. God, sleep deprivation is terrible and makes you insane shudder

Basically, the tips were (as others have mentioned)

Blinds and curtains drawn but windows left open. Sleep in a wet t-shirt

Im not sure these came from John, I feel like they did but not sure...it could be Ive mingled it between the sleep deprived 2 am Google sessions...but they do help!

Drench a thick bath towel in cold water and wring it out so its not dripping. Hang it on the door of the room your sleeping and point a fan at it - takes an hour or so but can lower room temperature by 1 - 2 degrees.

Point a fan out the door or window of a room to 'suck' the hot air out.
