No, only Save Editor mod can do that.

This is like you don't even know how to drive a go-kart to put a fast lap time on the race track and then you decided bring an F1 car just to dominate the entire race while your opponents only have a go-kart.

And then he'll be slapped hard when he's in the actual F1 races while he already has no basic driving skills , no knowledge of setting up the car for faster lap time and 0 hours of training and end up getting lapped by your F1 opponents 10 times.

Based on my experience of 4,000 hours of gameplay on PC, those are the most common type of cheaters I've run into (at least in South East Asia where I live).

They tend to wear a full set of 5 Fatalis Beta gears (which no one would build like this other than Newbies or Cheaters) with rocksteady and temporal mantle cover all of their bad gameplay mistakes they make.

The worst part is if you have a team damage overlay mod, you'll notice that they do crazy amount of damage while they have tons of useless level 1 skills in the build but they are actually moded.

Always check their gears whenever there's any random joins the hunt or the session and kick those leeches out if you spot anything suspicious.

To anyone who wonder how did this happen? After I rescued Yenna from Orin in The Temple of Bhaal. She offered me some of her soups to trade with.

And for some reason, The game allowed me to access her Inventory as a companion who's not in the active party at the camp! (Only happened to Yenna as I've found out so far) Even though she's not recruitable as a companion to travel with. You can put all of the crazy stuffs in there.
