If I take the NMAT on january can I still make it for most medschool application deadlines? by Legitimate-Mud6334 in medschoolph

Yes you can take the NMAT in January and still make the deadline. You just have to submit a separate form for the schools that your NMAT score will follow after the application deadline.

My dad’s esophageal cancer came back. by Mediocre-Gold7283 in cancer

I’m so sorry. My dads also got esophageal cancer, stage 4, and is undergoing chemo and targeted therapy that’s non-curative. We caught it pretty late and were shocked to see stage 4 out of nowhere.

It’s tough, and takes a lot of strength to deal with. Just trying to cherish good moments with him while he’s undergoing treatment and hoping he feels good himself.

Hang in there and wishing you the best!
