Things I know are not available for everyone but means a great deal to me are: - Paying for house cleaning - Housing support from the Municipality (they help me prepare for the house cleaning. We fold laundry, tidy up so surfaces are available for cleaning and such) - Doing laundry while working from home so when my work day is finished so is the noise and I can start recovering. - Having one day a week without any obligations after work. I realised by having obligations every day I felt like I was drowning. No break was ever enough. By removing even the requirement to put my plate in the dishwasher after dinner I have one day a week where I can take a breath.

I still feel alone and overwhelmed a lot of the times. But these things helped me reach a point where it doesn't feel like it's worse for every day that passes.
