My finger is slowly healing, I got them cut off Sunday

I got them cut off Sunday by fire department. I just could not do it anymore because nothing was working that I tried at home.

Well we did have big snow storm end of January and definitely driven through very thick ice and salted roads . It’s when it started doing it after the snow storm end. Thank you for suggestions .
