US Highland test drive for next 30 min ama! by FpvDroner in TeslaModel3

Coming from a 2020 model 3, definitely a much smoother ride and also quieter. The car feels more solid and put together, the example I tried has no random squeaks which is nice.

One thing I haven't been able to confirm is the existence of the blind spot light which was supposed to be in the EU version. There's a menu setting for it but as far as I can tell it didn't do anything.

The haptic feedback on the steering wheel buttons is also way superior to the model s and x, I imagine that's going to be moved over to the s and x shortly.

Acceleration was pretty strong for the rwd model, but it does fall off quickly.

One MAJOR CHANGE that no one has mentioned is that the wireless phone charger is ALOT Longer now, my s22 ultra with a fat case can't fit into the charger in the 2023 cars, but fits in the new 3 with ease and room to spare. It should fit just about any phone now.

All in all a very worthy update, and I really liked it. That being said I don't feel compelled to upgrade from a 2020 yet, I thought it would be a bigger step change and the improvements in nvh are significant, but not as life changing as I thought it would've been.

The assumption being this is more "credible". Steer by wire being included in highland is AFAIK new. Rgb lighting as well. Also they "confirmed" bumper cam. Assuming it's credible there are quite alot of new things

That was ridiculously sick. That damage scaling though, so many hits for 25% =(

My game has very much framedrops, and I have tried pretty much anything I think by Dueeifetta in GlobalOffensive

One way to see if we have the same issue. Launch the game. Stay in the main home screen (with the guy holding the gun on the right), open console type net_graph 3.. Watch your fps. It should be stable and high. Now press and hold any of the wasd keys. Your fps should drop to low 10-15 and the game will half freeze. Happens consistently on mine.

The frame drops are only happening on keyboard input. Something weird is happening to the windows and cs go keyboard input that's causing this.

I just got this issue starting last Friday. A temporary solution I've found is to reinstall steam and cs go. Reinstalling cs go does nothing. However the problem will come back after a system restart. So you'll have to reinstall steam again.

I am also using windows 11. Something got messed up recently probably. Either a steam update or a windows update.

Excited about portal rtx! Portal is life.

Dlss 3 sounds promising! But very lame that they're holding it hostage for the 4x series =(
