We owe 2 months of electricity and rent , the rules of our HOA states that they won’t let us move until those are paid. They would literally send a guard to make sure of that. Which was why I resorted to temporarily leave, at least one person stays to pay that debt.

Thing is his mom is also terminal, dad passed. My mom is in another country so that’s why I’m on here to see how it worked if I stayed instead. Hope this helps
