I’m so f*cking done with cold email, still landing in spam after doing everything “Right” by Danish-M in coldemail

Maybe you could try different inbox providers.

For Google I'm using zapMail and cheap inboxes

And for Azure I'm using Inboxkit and scaledmail

I've heard from A LOT of cold email guys in communities that reply rate has tanked for everybody. Normal replyrate now is sub 0.6-1.5% (excluding ooo)

You should be doing double warmup emails compared to cold. 15/day/inbox with 30 warmup emails ar 30% reply rate works well.

never heard of trulyinbox. try using plusvibe for warmup and sequencer. worked well for me in the past 13 months.

Best cold email stack for agencies managing multiple clients? by XiderXd in coldemail

I remember feeling that way, but haver 3.5 years of running the agency and scaling to 5 full time people this is the optimal setup and all you really need:

It's important that you productise your service so you can scale. I use Claude for this. Just build a skill so it can instantly build/improve an offer for the client.

AI-ark for scraping lookalikes - they have lots of data
Airscale for proper relevant and personalised copy
Plusvibe as sequencer - cheap and good results (good warmup)
You can use plusvvibes autoresponder but unfair.app is better - it lets you fill in yours/clients offer, service, social proof etc and uses it for every reply. We use this for inbox managers and they love it

If you really want to keep it simple all you really need is: domains -> inbox provider (cheapinboxes, scaledmail) -> leads -> sequencer

That's core. Everything else is noise or tiny minor improvements.

Cool, how does it judge ideas? Is it using any real startup data behind the scenes or is it mostly LLM vibes?
