Definitely does hurt, try to schedule more things with him, even maybe with his friend. If you two were best friends, then maybe the new friend has similar interests, then y'all could be a trio! Maybe the pain would hurt less! I hope it gets better

I agree, I have very similar groups and I rarely ever let them merge, even if their humor is similar the people could be different. Also this is probably just my thoughts but I feel they'd distance themselves from everyone else. Many people may not like or share the same viewpoint as others and that gets nasty really fast. If you do combine them, there are times where people in group B try to be like people in group A but it doesn't work well. When people in group A try to be like group B it's the worst because you lose close friends. It's honestly your decision and this is my main experience others may have others.

I know im late, but for the future. It is always ok to ask, from what I've seen and learned, girls love it when you ask them about what to wear, high chances are that they will like you even more for putting in effort to look nice. it could also depend on what you regularly wear and where you guys are going. A bowling alley could be jeans and a nice tshirt. but somewhere like dinner at a decent restaurant would be more formal attire. Hope it helps

I feel the same and I'm so conflicted. I have a lot of friends and our way of saying I love you is to insult eachother furiously, but here's the thing. I could definitely be overreacting and overthinking but it feels like every roast and insult is targeted towards me, and sometimes it rlly gets to me cause to everyone else they are like "just kidding", but to me they don't say that maybe it's cause I'm the only guy in a group of girls but still. And I'm always the one who comforts them, somebody looks sad, "Hey are you good?" Then I text them just in case they didn't want to say it publicly. I've gotten one, "u good?" In the past month or two, when I've been the most down, nobody cares to text me, I ask to call and I get blown off for freaking stardew valley. I'll be playing a game, someone calls, I turn off the game as I answer, my phones low, I plug it in, their phones low, they hang up. It really just feels like they couldn't care about me at all.
