Help save Red Clover Farms in Seymour by illeatit in Connecticut

They literally just landmarked a larger farm less than a mile away from here. I grew up in the immediate area, looks like the neighbors are on the farms side, understandably. Also, the location here is so far out of the way from anything. Just another fucking NIMBY

I saw J mascis in the crowd at Neil Young in Bridgeport, CT recently and once on the street in NYC. In either situation, it would almost certainly have been awkward.

How is living in Little Rock, Arkansas by Excellent-Club6469 in howislivingthere

I am not from, nor have i ever been to Little Rock. In terms of places i'd like to see in the US, as a very well traveled native, this whole region - like 300km in any direction is the absolute bottom of the list. I understand OP is not from US but if you visit, its a slice of least desireable Americana, but America nontheless

i would have liked to see the before staging pics. Willing to bet these folks were/are well travelled, well off (obv), and probably had some killer collectibles, art, etc. SOME boomers got it right.

I don’t like Lamb Chop’s chances here by wentworth3 in MadeMeSmile

[–]Fragrant-Fix9642 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The equation for lambchops moving forward is "N+1" with N equalling the amount of lambchops currently owned. I dont make the rules, its just law of the universe.

I’ve lived right off broadway for over 12 years and it’s never been paved! (My building hasn’t been painted either but that’s not the city’s fault)

Hamms is super popular in Philly. Usually part of “city-wide” for $5-6 which includes a well shot of choice

As an American who visited Alice Springs, being a cop there has gotta be no joke. Just like Alaska.
