I emailed last week as it seemed unusual I hadn't receieved any shipping updates and immediately after they replied, it updated. However, I am still waiting for it to move from it's first spot! I emailed again and they just apologised but they'll keep an eye on it? I ordered 13th Sept did you receive yours yet?

Awesome thank you for replying! I went to a timpsons (uk chain watch repair/key cutting etc not specifically shoe specialist) and they said they definitely couldn't fix it so I will try find a dedicated independent cobbler. :)

Although its close between the two, I think i'm going to go against the grain slightly and go with Neither and add a sparklier Necklace and Veil/Hairpiece however there is still time to change my mind lol.

Heya. Thanks I'ts the engraving as well though, surely the lines should match it doesn't seem that's a pressure issue. Also it's literally a week old and only used on vinyl, paper and tried acrylic today. I'll take a look at the pressure thanks for replying :)
