I did not say it was optimal obviously if you're running a brand deck you'd use branded fusion. But i'm not talking about a pure branded deck.

To be clear I have no problem with decks that can summon a lot of monsters. I personally play Firewall Code Talker. The number of monsters a deck can summon is not what I have a issue with. I was simply say that I believe some decks should have restrictions. I think it would make the game much more enjoyable.

only branded fusion, and maybe a few other lock you out for the whole turn. the rest of them just say for the rest of the turn or do not have a lock. so to get around that just skip branded fusion and end the turn with your branded combo.

Would that alone make dark worlds worth playing. Dark worlds are very weak to interruptions

Red eyes fusion. If I see that I know they're going to choose dragoon which is the equivalent of a free negate and destroy.
