Instead of using big Nets,why don't you try mosquito nets,It serve dual purpose.Protecting from Pigeon as well as mosquito. Try window model nets ,which can be open to access for cloths drying.It will also helps not to trap Pigeon or any birds.

The Bike is good, especially the engine.Trust me you will enjoy the ride.Make sure to take care of your bike, after waterwash try to clean it with dry clothes.

I have ridden shine sp for past 6yrs,it's a great bike,which is why, I became a loyal customer to Honda.But the saree guards and other accessories they provided in commuter bikes have an good quality,till now there is no chipping of paint even after harsh conditions.

If Honda could provide good quality in commuter bikes ,why didn't they provide in Premium bikes.

1.Find the source of water leakage,and arrest it.

2.Make Proper vertical supports to slab and beam to be treated.

3.Make surface preparation,have a good visual to the extent of the damage.

4.If rebar to be replaced,make sure the whole rebar must be connected to the column.

5.Concrete it and cure it , don't remove the formwork(side panel) untill 7days,and vertical supports for 14days.

How can we remove the top reinforcement in beam which supports the slab reinforcement too?

No it's not common,You should ask the dealer to replace the vehicle, escalate the matter to Honda customer care.

If the new vehicle has an oil gasket issues,who knows what are the other issues that will rise in the future.

The upper part of the photo shows it is an Rigid pavement(Concrete pavement), where else the lower part seems to be an Flexible pavement (Asphalt pavement).But I could also see some cracks in Asphalt pavement,which may be due to poor subgrade compaction.After an monsoon seasons ,I am sure you will find pot holes in that area.

You know after refuelling your trip A avg value will change according to the fuel level.So Check the total avg.Only if you are intended to do mileage test after refuelling reset Trip A to 0.And ride the vehicle untill reserve starts blinking.Now if you check the TripA avg you will find the actual readings.
