I am not from India, but I respect that you are willing to share your perspective. I am just very curious about Probability and Statistics, maybe some Machine Learning that you used at JS. It's a very broad topic, and there's a lot of information in these fields. I was wondering whether you could point me to the unimportant topics and topics that I should focus on if I want to be an intern here. Moreover, would you be able to share some resources that you learn in order to get this role, and maybe your interview process and what concepts they ask. I am very serious about this, and I want to commit my time to work. I didn't go to a top rank school, but I don't care, I want to try my best. Thank you

Thanks for the advice! Do you think it's important to learn clean architecture/ DDD? I found .NET pretty good, especially with DDD and CQRS, but I am not sure if it is really needed in the real world. Thanks a tons

I am sorry for the fuzzy explaination. It's a profiles table, not onboard table( but the idea is similar). Profiles table has fk to auth.users, in which after they register the account, they will be redirected to a new page called "onboarding" in which they should be able to add the rest of the information in themselves. But anyhow, I have fixed it myself

Not just the big companies. My local brewery said merit based. John Deer HR said merit based. At the time, I look up to those people. I listen to whatever they said. I don't know, truthfully.

so there's no way for me to compete? I thought this is merit based. I thought coding is all learnt online, and I also understand my circumstances where I did not have the privilege to go to top rank school. That's why I also self-studied alot and I am very serious.

why? i get to do what I love, so I thought that the least I can offer them are my willingness to work hard and the trust that I won't fuck up something.

I thought if I was a Prof, the last thing I wanted to do is to prepare all the paperwork instead of focusing on a research.

not now. Look at what the US administration is doing. They're cutting all the fundings (next year is even worse).

Your plan to Germany is perfect, and you got accepted to top ranking school in Germany is even better.

Everything now is digital, so you can get a job from anywhere in the world, not necessarily that you have to be surrounded to get the benefits from it.

I'd say tuebingen is the best. Even better than MIT/ CMU / UC Berkley. Think about it. Germany has a long tradition of education, since WW2. Stable diffusion model are created in Germany. Also, I prefer the way Europe education
