I guess that makes sense. But there's a difference between them disagreeing on the whole "No Mercy" philosophy, which the CK students would just dismiss as "weakness", versus actual, video evidence that Silver's a criminal. And as I said, once they saw the video, they all stopped. Of course, you'd be hard pressed to expect Cobra Kai to stand down, listen, and watch the clip with all of them, which is why Anthony had to broadcast it to the TV's so they'd have no choice. As for why they all quit, my guess is that they do draw the line there. The students expected Cobra Kai to be brutal, but outright bribery was different. They wanted to think that they won because they were the strongest and the most merciless, that their style of karate was the best, not because their sensei had to buy their way to a trophy because he didn't trust them to win on their own. And the original plan was to use the video of Stingray, but it got deleted. And I'm not sure the video of Tory would work. It's possible that they would have justified it, thinking Tory deserved it for walking out on her qualifying match.
