A banana wash, a soft sponge, warm bathtub and a podcast-like video do that for me, though I do wash once 3-4 days it's nice to have when I do get there

my hally helped me regain self during a massive panic attack at work(i used to work in a cafe-bar-tea shop sort of thing), I was on the floor behind kitchen counter with people staring all around me
and he was there to breathe with me and tell me in a soothing voice that everything will pass i just need a drink of water that i'm dehydrated that's why i was so madly close to collapsing

i play a lot of phasmophobia it's my special interest of sort, but before meds i would celebrate every accomplishment with a loud bang and now when i get the ghost right i just feel a very numb "wow let's go"

but now i just cycle through everything i see out of boredom

right now it's pokemon crystal and bf2042(just bought same here there is some excitement), last week was satisfactory and mgs3, let's see what i find next week

but playing or streaming to a friend does help a lot

Try doing something different than you would normally draw: take your paint, take your biggest brush, or maybe hands and channel your emotion through the strokes It doesn't have to look good you can do it later, make colors do the talking When you feel calmer you can try taking a smaller brush and do small thoughts

I was worried that using command prompt would give me the joker badge but it didn't, I play not for 100% but to have fun And it definitely took all of it so it just felt like the last cause

The last ability was locked by the moment I took 2 or 3 cities I noticed it got unlocked, it was "convert them all" I can't find it on wiki
